As a Customer Service Agent at Court Order, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, responsible for delivering exceptional service and resolving customer inquiries and concerns promptly. Your primary goal will be to ensure our customers' satisfaction and cultivate positive relationships that reflect our commitment to quality and excellence. You will engage with customers through various channels, including phone (Switch board), email, chat, and social media, providing support, guidance, and solutions tailored to their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products/services.
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise during the purchasing process.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and empathetic manner, aiming for swift resolution.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot problems, escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications:
