As a Retail Manager at Court Order you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the store while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth. Your leadership and organizational skills will be critical in achieving these objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales associates, ensuring they are motivated, knowledgeable, and capable of delivering exceptional customer service.
  2. Sales and Performance: Set and achieve sales targets, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement strategies to maximize store revenue and profitability.
  3. Customer Experience: Create a welcoming and customer-friendly environment, resolving customer issues, and ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience.
  4. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and product displays to optimize sales and minimize shrinkage.
  5. Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store's visual appearance meets company standards, including window displays and in-store layouts.
  6. Budgeting and Financial Management: Develop and manage the store's budget, including expenses, payroll, and operational costs.
  7. Loss Prevention: Implement loss prevention measures to protect assets and reduce theft or inventory shrinkage.
  8. Compliance: Ensure the store complies with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  9. Vendor Relations: Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and pricing.
  10. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on store performance, including sales trends, inventory levels, and customer feedback.
