Overview:

In this role, you have the opportunity to create a great lasting impression for the Customer by providing exceptional service and support.

As a key member of the team, you will support the sales team by completing the checkout process.

You will handle all inbound phone, email and relevant social media communication for your branch. 

You will field customer queries/concerns/issues and help find solutions where you are capable whilst referring the rest to the relevant team member or department, ensuring the customer receives a timeous satisfactory response.

You will also process waybills for online orders and inter-branch stock transfers, manage branch level supplies and take care of ad-hoc administrative tasks.

Your aim is to support your manager in ensuring both customer and branch success.

Responsibilities:

• Provide engaging, convenient and accurate communication and support to the customer.
• Completing sales at checkout whilst delivering outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations.
• Partner with store leadership to resolve customers concerns in a courteous and helpful manner.
• Connect with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess needs.
• Manage customers payments.
• Process waybills for online orders and inter-branch stock transfers.
• Maintain supplies.
• General administration.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

Remuneration:

Above market remuneration available, depending on your experience and capability.
