  All our shipments are shipped double boxed, delivered to your door by Dawn Wing couriers within South Africa.
  

  Online orders placed before 11 am will be processed and handed over to the couriers on the same day, orders placed after 11 am will be processed the next day.
  

  You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number once the courier has collected your order from us.
  

  Deliveries generally take 2 business days from collection to arrive in metropolitan areas and 3 - 5 days to regional areas.
  

  Domestic shipping is charged at a flat rate of R100.

•  Returns and Refunds

  Due to the nature of our business all sales are final and cannot be returned nor refunded.
  

  In the event of purchasing an incorrect size, we will honour an exchange for the correct size or an exchange for another product. This exchange must be communicated and completed within 3 days of receiving your order.
